Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Dumped (“the App”), operated by Riccardo Lorenzi. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Please also review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.

3. Description of the Service

Dumped allows users to analyze their Instagram follower data to identify accounts that have unfollowed them. All data processing happens entirely on your device. The App does not access Instagram's servers, APIs, or authentication systems, and does not collect your Instagram credentials.

4. License & Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. The App, including its code, design, brand, and content, is the property of Riccardo Lorenzi. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Available plans

The App offers the following paid plans:

• Monthly — Billed every month.
• Annual — Billed once per year.
• Lifetime — One-time payment for permanent access.

Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Free trials

Free trials, where available, are limited to one per user. You will not be charged during the trial period. To avoid being billed, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires. If a trial is not cancelled, the subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged according to the selected plan. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Auto-renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The Lifetime plan does not renew.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

• iOS — Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions
• Android — Google Play › Payments & subscriptions

You are solely responsible for completing the cancellation process. Contacting our support team does not constitute a valid cancellation. A subscription is considered cancelled only when successfully processed through Apple or Google.

Refunds

Refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are governed by Apple's and Google's respective refund policies. For users in the European Union, the 14-day withdrawal right for digital services applies in accordance with EU consumer protection law. If we terminate your account without cause, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund for any unused subscription period.

6. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or Instagram's terms of service.
• Use the App for harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• Tamper with, disrupt, or interfere with the App's functionality.
• Upload data that you do not have the right to process.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored locally by the App.

7. Dependence on Instagram

The App relies on Instagram's data export functionality. If Instagram discontinues data exports, changes its data format, or otherwise makes its data inaccessible, the App may become partially or fully inoperable. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to adapt the App, but we cannot guarantee continued functionality and no refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control.

8. Instagram Disclaimer

Dumped is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram™ or Meta Platforms, Inc. The App does not access Instagram's servers, APIs, or authentication systems. Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. The App does not guarantee the accuracy of unfollower detection results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) €50. This limitation does not apply to liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Riccardo Lorenzi from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

11. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially breach these Terms. We will provide reasonable notice before taking action, except in cases of fraud, illegal activity, or threats to the App's integrity, where immediate action may be taken.

If we terminate your account without cause, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund for any unused subscription period. No refund is owed if termination results from your breach of these Terms. We also reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time. Upon termination, these Terms shall survive to the extent necessary to give effect to their provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us at info@riccardolorenzi.com first. We will attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days. If we cannot reach a resolution, either party may pursue legal remedies under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance through the App or via email. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect and receive a pro-rated refund. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract under the laws of your country of residence. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws, that provision shall be interpreted in the manner most consistent with applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

16. General Provisions

• Severability — If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Assignment — You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Third-party services — The App may rely on third-party platforms such as Apple, Google, and Instagram. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of these services.
• Entire agreement — These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App.
