1. Introduction

Dumped (“the App”) is operated by Riccardo Lorenzi. The App helps users track Instagram unfollowers. This Privacy Policy explains what data, if any, is collected and how it is used. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data. We do not display third-party advertisements. We do not perform behavioral profiling.

2. Information We Collect

When analytics are disabled

The App collects no data whatsoever. All processing happens entirely on your device. No personal data, no usage data, and no Instagram data is transmitted to any server.

When anonymous analytics are enabled

The App may collect anonymous usage data such as:

• Device type and operating system version
• App version
• General usage events (e.g. features used, screens viewed)
• Crash logs

This data cannot identify you personally and is never linked to your Instagram account. The App does not collect precise geolocation, contact lists, or Instagram login credentials.

3. How Your Data Is Processed

All Instagram-related analysis happens entirely on your device. No follower lists, usernames, or Instagram data ever leave your phone. The App does not connect to Instagram's servers or APIs.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

When we process data (i.e. when anonymous analytics are enabled), we rely on the following legal bases under GDPR (Art. 6):

• Consent — Analytics are only collected when you explicitly opt in. You can withdraw consent at any time by disabling analytics in the App settings.
• Legitimate interest — To improve the App's stability and fix crashes, based on aggregated, anonymous data.
• Legal obligation — To comply with applicable laws and regulations when required.

5. Instagram Credentials

Dumped never asks for your Instagram password. It never stores Instagram login credentials. It does not access Instagram's API or authentication systems.

6. Third-Party Services

If anonymous analytics are enabled, the App may use third-party analytics services (e.g. Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics) to collect anonymous usage data. These services are provided by Google LLC and are governed by their own privacy policies. No personal data or Instagram data is shared with these services.

If the App offers in-app purchases, payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store payment information directly.

7. International Data Transfers

When anonymous analytics are enabled, data may be transferred to and processed on servers operated by Google LLC in the United States. These transfers are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. When analytics are disabled, no data leaves your device.

8. Data Retention

All app data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the App. Anonymous analytics data, if collected, is retained by the third-party provider for a maximum of 14 months, after which it is automatically aggregated and anonymized.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and restricted access controls. Since all Instagram data is processed locally on your device, there is no server-side storage that could be compromised. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws, you have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of any data we hold about you.
• Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion — Request deletion of your data.
• Portability — Request your data in a portable format.
• Restriction — Request that we limit processing of your data.
• Withdraw consent — Disable analytics at any time in the App settings.

11. Cookies & Tracking

The mobile App does not use cookies. This website uses only essential, first-party cookies for functionality and security purposes. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.

12. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided data, we will promptly delete it.

13. Subscriptions & Free Trials

Free trials, where available, are limited to one per user. Once a free trial expires, the subscription will be billed according to the plan selected. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
